JOB SUMMARY

Operations Support Administrator

We need someone who will be the focal point to manage the following tasks: 

A Housekeeper' on iCABS, CreditNEXT, Solo, Account Management, someone who can run reports continuously and chase the Finance, Sales and Ops to ensure we maintain clean data all the time. The person can also support in analyzing trends, Call backs, complaints, too. 

Daily Tasks:

  • Deletions and Terminations
  • Credit Control Process
  • Adjustments
  • Contract Amendment and Customer updates.
  • Cancellations
  • Suspension of Invoice and Service
  • Deliveries Due/Partial Deliverer

Weekly Tasks

Cancellations

Suspension of Invoice and Service

Deliveries Due/Partial Deliveries

Monthly Tasks

Expired Contracts

CCM Management

iCABS Health Check
