Organise and control the operations facility during the shift.
Monitor and identify operations department outages, technical problems and act immediately in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with rules and procedures related to the operations facility and implement newly introduced rules and procedures.
Fluency in English (oral/written).
