The Role We're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize our data center operations. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence, manage critical infrastructure, and ensure service delivery meets our high standards while supporting our rapid growth trajectory. This role requires a strong understanding of data center operations, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire teams. Security Check (SC) clearance is required for this position, and as such, this post is restricted to persons residing in the UK for a minimum of 5 continuous years. Lead day-to-day data center operations, including capacity management, equipment installation, and infrastructure maintenance

Manage and develop site operations team, providing mentoring, training, and performance management

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, availability, and customer satisfaction

Oversee project delivery, resource planning, and customer requirements implementation

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Maintain accurate documentation for space, power, and network management

Collaborate with customers and vendors to deliver exceptional service

Required Skills

Security Clearance (SC) eligibility (5 years of continuous UK residency).

5+ years of data center operations experience

Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure

Knowledge of IT networking, cabling, and installation practices

Proven team leadership or desire to grow into a strong team leader

Demonstrated ability to optimize operations and implement process improvements

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

GCSE level passes in mathematics and English

Preferred Skills

Certified project management training (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)

Experience with StruxureWare DCE/DCO, TrackIT, or similar tools

Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and process optimization

Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
