Work closely with operations manager or stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives
Provide direction and guidance to junior team members
Ensure routine business processes are completed on time and accurate (serves as backup PIC in case needed)
Ensure deliverables from junior team members are up to standard and free of error
At least 2-3 years working experience in Operation Excellence or Business Operations Improvements, especially in the financial industry
Attention to details, critical mindset and self driven to get things done
Strong analytical skills, ability to identify root causes and creativity to solve problems
Ability to multitask and deliver initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Nice to have:
○ Working experience in managing large scale operation projects in fintech / same industry
○ Working experience as a business consultant
○ Experience in managing small team
○ Industrial engineering degree
○ Experience in using SQL / similar language
