In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations and drive the operational excellence for our growth initiatives with major platforms like Amazon SFP, Walmart Plus, B2B, and Retail. You will help manage day-to-day warehouse operations and order processing tasks that support Balsam’s partnerships with Marketplaces and other retailers, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and integration of our growth initiatives, which includes but is not limited to Marketplaces, B2B, Retail etc. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact for coordinating these platforms’ operations, driving cross-functional efforts to optimize processes and improve operational metrics, and support efforts to launch new partnerships in the future. A successful candidate is not only curious but proactive in suggesting and implementing improvements.
This full-time position reports to the Director of Operations and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.

The base pay range for this position is: $57,000 to $68,000. Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors. We benchmark our pay ranges against current external data sources and regularly review compensation for our team members.
