Primary Responsibilities:
Project platform (VPC), pipeline, data quality and reporting:
Support the cluster and MI Lead in driving adoption of central VPC platform
Be accountable for quality of data in the platform and in other ‘trackers’ (if applicable) by ensuring MI quality, self-sufficiency and process compliance
Provide reporting to Cluster Lead and MI lead to help manage the business and capacity of cluster team
Support teams to resolve queries for MIS and VPC
VISA and VCA processes:
Champion end-to-end processes and requirements including contracting and revenue recognition
Be the key contact for process queries, providing direct support, and ensure process adherence
Suggest and help implement ongoing process improvements
Support consultants during complex client contracting
Serve as a key contact between VCA UKI/FBL and controllership operations, sourcing, finance, etc.
One HUB collaboration:
Help implement strategic initiatives as prioritized and identified by the ‘One HUB’
Collaborate with ‘One HUB’ on any practice-specific set-ups e.g. P&L, KPIs, etc.
Act as a liaison with other functions within VISA and Global VCA (for the practices)
Comms & knowledge management:
Own and facilitate cluster specific meetings, comms and reminders
Amplify central messages and communications
Actively participate in MIS lead meetings and BPO clinics
Collaborate with other MIS leads to build and share best practices
Leverage and adapt central trainings to continuously increase knowledge within the cluster
Support preparation of training and process materials
Secondary Responsibilities:
Administrative Support to Head of UKI/FBL Visa Consulting & Analytics
Event planning for UKI/FBL VCA on-and offsite meetings
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
