Your role will include:

Data Management: Efficiently upload and manage part numbers for our vehicle families within corporate systems.

Documentation & Processing: Handle change documentation and modifications for vehicle components as directed by our Product Engineers.

Work Orders: Process and oversee work orders for laboratory and workshop tests as outlined in our validation plans.

Purchase Orders: Manage and submit orders for prototype parts and external testing based on Product Engineer requirements.

Testing Documentation: Create and manage documentation for component functional testing before production.

Parts Coordination: Oversee the shipping of parts between suppliers and assembly plants for evaluation.

Approvals: Release temporary or definitive approvals for part validation and manage interim approvals.

Failure Analysis: Collect and organize documentation related to component failures and customer issues.

Supplier Collaboration: Lead the release and approval of part development with suppliers following our Source Package process.

Professional Development: Engage in training to enhance your skills and contribute to team success.

Product Changes: Stay updated on product changes, service bulletins, engineering standards, and more.

Tool Kick-Off: Create and approve Tool Kick-Off (TKO) requests for components.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or related).

Experience: 1-5 years in the manufacturing industry or related administrative/project management roles. Recent graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.

Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of propulsion systems, assembly, and manufacturing processes.
