We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our HQ in Barcelona. Your main responsibilities are:

  • Manage CPO software services by ensuring the performance of our operations exceeds the contractual agreements.
  • Onboard and support SMB clients of our B2B charger management software solution
  • Coordinate and track end-to-end order to cash activities (reporting, invoicing, and payments)
  • Conduct regular check-ins and health assessments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Support, and Finance, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Gather customer feedback and insights, serving as the voice of the customer within the company

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Specialist/Manager or similar positions.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with an understanding of defining, measuring and improving customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities. Knowledge of SQL/Python or equivalent to process data and enable decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Solid understanding of customer engagement strategies, with the ability to support sales/business development efforts and contribute to revenue growth
  • Good understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM desired
  • Native French speaker with a good command of English
