Operations Specialist, Courier Acquisition

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for an Operations Specialist. 

In the Operations Team, we focus on our courier partners: We ensure the right amount of courier partners to meet the order demand by constantly developing courier partner satisfaction and smooth, scalable processes. As an Operations Specialist in the Courier Supply Team, you will be a part of ensuring that our courier partners get the right help and support throughout their Wolt journey. Working in a fast and dynamic environment, it is important to be a team player and also to have the ability to figure out what to do rather than wait to be told. Managing our great courier partners requires a can-do attitude, as there are some routine tasks that require our attention.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking full ownership of Courier Acquisition across 8 countries — Austria, Czechia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Serbia.
• Defining operational forecasts, supply plans, and application targets for the region.
• Weekly and daily monitoring of KPIs and plan performance, and executing necessary corrective actions, e.g. launching referral campaigns, activating applicants to convert faster, engaging existing courier pool to deliver more.
• Conducting tests and implementing new improvement concepts in e.g. planning, courier acquisition, onboarding performance, courier activation.

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• A data-driven mindset that helps you make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude that drives you to get things done.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where agility is key.
• Quick to learn, with a knack for balancing attention to detail and understanding the bigger picture.
• Highly organized and thorough - you complete tasks with precision and always keep an eye on the details.
• Fluency in English is essential!

We offer an attractive salary starting at 33,603€ (40h/week) which is adjusted and increased depending on qualifications and professional experience.
