Operations Resource - Vodafone Account

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Resource to join our team, supporting the Vodafone account. This role is responsible for processing and managing the full lifecycle of Vodafone sales on internal platforms, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by completing sales queries within SLAs, ensuring high-quality sales processing, and achieving live target delivery metrics.

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales processing, customer service, or operations roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using internal platforms such as UFE, UG, BXP, and PSI is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work responsibilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
