Your Assignment
- Performs all operational tasks related to life-cycle of projects, such as coordination of project handoff from Sales to Delivery, resource planning and assignments, project setup and project close out
- Support effective project resourcing and forecasting by understanding pipeline opportunities and assignments needed for projects in conjunction to service delivery capacity, making recommendations as needed
- Monitor and facilitate accurate project time-tracking and status reporting
- Update engagement and account data, reporting on schedules of all delivery resources, projects and account health through our project and time-tracking tool sets
- Monitor and track adherence to delivery processes and frameworks, providing reports to appropriate leadership
- Retrieve and update data used to measure standardized performance metric adherence, provide forecasting, trend analysis, and on-going operations of service delivery
Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of work experience in business operations or resource capacity planning
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with staff and leadership across functional-departments to complete tasks
- Experience in resource and capacity management
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to develop operational processes, templates and standards around project setup and engagement compliance
- Familiarity with google sheets and/or excel functionality
- Familiarity with Certinia/Salesforce
- Knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies and tools
