We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. As the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products, including process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and production, to ensure that all processes meet product requirements.
- Perform process simulations and modeling to identify potential improvements and optimize performance.
- Analyze data and implement statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor and improve process performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues, develop and implement solutions, and conduct root cause analyses.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Manage projects to ensure that timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications | Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a process engineer, with a track record of designing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with process simulation and modeling software.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) methods and their application.
- Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, such as FDA regulations and ISO standards.
- Experience with project management, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
