We are looking for a new team member to temporarily join our Operations team to support the onboarding of new clients and maintenance of our growing client base.
The successful applicant must be able to accurately follow procedures and checklists to complete onboarding of new clients and updates to accounts. A previous experience in CDD, EDD and AML is an advantage, preferably in onboarding of complex client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Handle amendments to existing accounts,
- Perform quality assurance (4 eyes checks) on processed applications and amendments,
- Provide additional support to other areas of the team where required.
- Able to work in an English speaking environment. Any other language is an advantage,
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail,
