Operations Officer

Calamatta Cuschieri Moneybase Group, a leading diversified financial services group that founded the Maltese financial services industry in 1971. We currently employ 200 people spread across 3 core business lines namely Fintech, Investment services and Fund administration.

Summary of Position:

The Operations Officer is an integral part of the Operations Team which ensures that all business related to investment services is administered in an efficient, controlled, risk-free and timely manner. The Officer will be responsible for the processing of payments, data inputting of trade-related entrees, data validation, as well as reconciliation and monitoring of incoming payments within the stipulated time frame such that the internal accounting system reflects correct transactions. In their day-to-day role, the officer will provide support to client-servicing teams to resolve queries in a timely manner. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Processing of incoming and outgoing payments

• Frequent data validation of all account related entrees

• Processing of trade-related entries

• Posting of transactions on internal systems

• Prepare various daily/weekly/monthly reports, related to client account funds and balances

• Reconciliation of client holdings and payments at banks, executing brokers and custodians

• Assist client facing teams with any queries in a timely manner

• Ensure daily follow-up action for timely resolution of issues

• Process tasks in line with Standard Operations Procedures and suggest improvements to daily processing
