About the Role - Warehouse Operations Manager

As Operations Managers, we lead teams within our warehouse, specifically in the departments of Receiving, Outbound, Returns, Support, and Optimization. YOU'RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…

  • Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area by supporting and upholding safety standards throughout the building.
  • Directly manage, inspire, and develop 2-7+ Supervisors and 40-250 hourly team members so that each person generates, lives, and breathes our culture as they achieve daily departmental goals. Run an effective operation with support from cross-functional partners while spending the majority of your time focusing on people management.
  • Inspire, develop, and support your direct reports and their teams to generate our culture while achieving their goals
  • Connect your team to the building vision and bring focus & intention to delivering on projects and priorities on a departmental, building-wide, and network-level scale.
  • Demonstrate agile leadership by leading through periods of ambiguity and fostering the same mindset within your team.
  • Interview and onboard new leaders to build an exceptional team of bright and kind employees who are motivated by challenge and empower others to do the same as we continue to create our Stitch Fix team.
  • Manage the labor planning needs for your team to meet weekly goals through accurate planning.
  • Develop great partnerships as you regularly seek, share and incorporate high-quality feedback to increase impact and drive development for you and your team.
  • Model and champion innovation by encouraging your team to find ways to do things more effectively, ask client-centric questions, share their learnings with others, and work through challenges and obstacles.
  • Review daily performance data and analyze trends and opportunities. Make informed decisions and respond to changing operational needs effectively e.g. staffing and process changes.

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.

Salary Range
$110,000$110,000 USD
