About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices within the P2P BD team,
- Monitoring the performance and productivity of the P2P BD team: providing data, training, and feedback to improve performance,
- Perform detailed analyses of existing operations and processes, gathering applicable data and identifying areas for improvement,
- Monitor operational and risk metrics and escalate potential issues or anomalies,
- Work closely with BD and CS teams to coordinate and resolve abnormal/complex orders, and address merchant inquiries,
- Working cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that all operations are aligned with organisational objectives,
- Leading the execution of key business projects, ensuring coordination and timely delivery,
- Consistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables,
- Maintain daily / weekly/ monthly reports.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's Degree with proven work experience in operations or a similar role,
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must,
- Possess analytical and data processing skills,
- Ability to create compelling reports and presentations to influence business decisions,
- Excellent planning, organising and project management and problem-solving skills,
- Strong team mindset and solid work ethic.
