ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ambitious Operations Manager who is passionate about playing a critical role in our organization. You should be customer centric, enjoy challenges, possess a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to getting things done in a less structured but highly collegial environment and be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances and have the opportunity to grow your duties and responsibilities commensurate with the growth of the company.

This position will perform and oversee the Patient Service Representative and Office Coordinator Departments. The Departments will contain a group of 10-15 individuals each and will require supportive oversight and organization. You will be required to roll-up your sleeves and work on several segments of both departments and establish a reporting structure that management can use for business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Oversee input and maintenance of current fee schedules within the EMR
·       Oversee Patient Service Representatives department and compile biweekly call logs
·       Work with Quality Assurance Coordinator in resolving insurance complaints
·       Directly manage Regional Lead Office Coordinator and their duties, as well as their office staff
·       Condense information regarding De Novos with Corporate team and regional teams to coordinate timely openings of offices
·       Perform fluctuation analysis comparing actual to historical trendline activity and identify anomalies in each Department
·       Analyze operating expenses and identify cost-saving measures
·       Respond effectively to inquiries from external and internal sources
·       Monitor provider productivities and supporting contracts to ensure terms and bonuses are up to date
·       Track term dates for salaried clinicians to draft contracts and calculate bonuses
·       Assist Director of Operations and Senior Management team in whichever way possible with projects and/or tasks
·       Perform other duties, special projects and tasks as needed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 
·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
·       4+ years of healthcare operations experience
·       Microsoft Office experience; Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups)
·       Strong technical and analytical skills
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
·       Ability to dig in and take ownership of responsibilities
·       Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet critical deadlines
·       Ability to work in a team environment and maintain open communication with coworkers
·       Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
·       Some flexibility regarding peak-time work requirements
·       A commitment to excellence and the ability to communicate to individuals at all levels and roles

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
