Position: Operations Manager(Inbound/ICQA/Outbound), Fulfillment Center
What You Will Do:
### 1) Inbound Operation Manager:
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Supervise the receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely inbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
- Lead and develop a team of inbound associates and supervisors.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize efficiency and workflow.

- Prioritize the customer experience in all aspects of inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming inventory to meet customer demands.
- Take full ownership of inbound processes, including inventory management and team development, to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance inbound processes.

### 2) Outbound Operation Manager:
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Supervise picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Coordinate with carriers and couriers for timely outbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Implement quality control measures for outbound shipments.
- Analyze outbound data to optimize order processing and shipping.
- Lead and develop a team of outbound associates and supervisors.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline outbound processes.

- Ensure outbound operations prioritize customer satisfaction by meeting order fulfillment targets and maintaining quality standards in picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Take ownership of outbound processes, making decisions to optimize resources and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

- Analyze outbound data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

### 3) ICQA Operation Manager (Inventory Control and Quality Assurance):
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory policies.
- Analyze data to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and quality.
- Train and coach ICQA associates on best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Report on key performance metrics and operational challenges.

- Take ownership of ICQA processes, implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy and quality while minimizing discrepancies and errors.

- Conduct thorough audits and analysis to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement solutions to enhance inventory control and quality assurance.
- Stay curious about new technologies and methodologies in inventory management and quality assurance, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Essential Qualifications:
• Proven warehouse experience. Plan and organize work.
• 5+ years management experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, EC Fulfillment center/ Warehouse environment.
• College Level or equivalent is required.
• Computer literate and has above average internet/web skills.
• Ability to operate forklift, hand trick, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
• Work effectively as a team member.
• Meet schedules and timelines.
• Communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
