What you'll do
- You will monitor and improve our wholesale operations & service performance for assigned European Markets
- You will assist in the onboarding of our retailers and setting all requirements in the systems
- You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retailer accounts, including assisting in setting up promotions
- You will ensure all stakeholders are aligned to achieve goals in terms of OTIF and customer satisfaction
- You will be the POC for internal teams on operations-related questions
- You strive for process improvements, documenting and enhancing existing processes
- Work with accounts to develop operational strategic plans that align with their business objectives and drive growth opportunities
- Cooperate frequently with key stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics (both B2B and D2C Warehouses), and Production
Who we're looking for
- Ideally, you have experience as an Order Manager in a B2B environment related to operations account management, e-commerce, or a start-up environment
- You are a highly structured person capable of multitasking and working under pressure
- You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands-on and find solutions
- You are proactive and challenge the status quo
- You enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and excel in communication
- You strive to improve the performance of your responsible Markets on an operational level and facilitate their day-to-day operations
- You enjoy working with stakeholders and building strong relationships
- You have great MS Excel skills.
- Being familiar with platforms such as Fluent Commerce and Tableau is a plus
- Fluency in English and minimum of C1 in French is a mandatory requirement
