Location:

Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organization, implementation, execution, and documentation of all ESL California orders. Daily communication with direct line manager to solution and allocate resources across all aspects of the business unit.
- Manage Team-up calander with weekly updates provided to supervisor on test status
- Manage workflow utilizing test cells, engineering, and technican based resources to achieve monthly net sales budget expections.
- Contribute as senior level engineer to monthly project deliverables and overall Net Sales budget of the group (minimum $60k invoiced on a monthly basis)
- Ensure all testing is operating within the required parameters, data is being recorded, and inspection/support are organized throughout the duration of each project.
- Manage and maintain ESL order process from METrak entry through customer report deliverable
- Manage periodic project status/schedule updates to customers for open projects through lifecycle of project.
- Notify customers promptly upon schedule adjustments or deviations to any previously discussed project planning.
- Maintain organized project reviews weekly through completion of project testing, reports, and billing.
- Ensure customer equipment is picked up or shipped back to customer at completion of project testing and/or reporting.
- Facilitate, participate, and contribute in team meetings.
- Stay current on new services, procedures, and product offerings, by attending departmental meetings and trainings.
- Maintain existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and courteous service.
- Coordinate and attend customer meetings as requested, including customer lunch off sites and customer lunch meetings.
- Maintain weekly lab 6S initiatives – lab ready for customer or upper management walk-though at any time
- Answer customer sales/project inquiries promptly per MET customer service expectations.
- Initiate and respond to calls and email from customers promptly per customer service expectations.
- Guide customers (and potential customers) on regulatory/market requirements by being resourceful and responsive.
- Send introductory email to customer once the job is contracted via Purchase Orders (PO) and/or signed proposal acceptance (PAS).
- Communicate/report significant negative and/or positive feedback to Sales Management, Lab Management, and Customer Experience Management so improvements or recognition can be addressed.
- Support direct line manager in identifying, interviewing, and integrating new FTE’s within the business unit.
- Maintain & update the following database(s):
- METrak
- Ensure all projects are being updated on a task by task basis
- Ensure all completed tasks/projects are promptly marked RFB for weekly invoicing events
- Document all project changes via PCA documentation
- Conduct weekly project reviews to ensure all MET projects are organized and contain key deliverables for report executions: set-up photographs, test data, equipment lists, and test data sheets (as applicable)
- TEAM UP
- Ensure projects are scheduled efficiently maximizing resource utilization across labor and equipment.
- Submit weekly forecast projections to direct line manager
- Maintain schedule updates and changes as needed
- Quality
- Ensure equipment being used is calibrated and in good standing order, within database, prior to testing. Notify direct line manager and calibration custodian of all non-comforities.
- Support and implement revision updates across: test data sheets, work instructions, and test procedures
- Support A2LA audit activities as needed
- Implement Proficiency testing as required by accreditation bodies
- Collaborate with direct line manager to improve existing process and implement improvement on a continued basis.
As-needed Responsibilities:
- Support / fill-in for Calibration Custodian as needed
- Support / fill-in for test cell Maintenance
- Contribute to team efforts of customer arrivals, test cell preparations, 6S, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Compensation:
- Annual: $125,000.00-$150,000.00
