About you
We’re currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to coordinate and lead our teams behind the development of a cutting-edge software project in collaboration with one of our major clients.
As an Operations Manager, you will be taking responsibility for resource management and supervision for our quality engineering team, acting as a key player in qualifying a market-leading AI-based Software Product used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
About your day-to-day
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Anticipate and plan for future operational needs and challenges.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
Identify solutions to one problem with ease and always pick the one more beneficial to the company and the client, ensuring people care and the quality in the product.
Lead, mentor, and develop a large high-performing Software and QA Engineering team
Attract, develop, engage and retain top talent.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee well-being.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, using data-driven feedback and KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Effectively handle difficult stakeholders and resolve conflicts with diplomacy and tact.
Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, optimization and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve operational processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Apply first principles of thinking to deconstruct and solve complex problems.
Maintain a positive attitude and find opportunities in challenging situations.
Make data-driven decisions to drive operational success.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence and influence within the client’s ecosystem
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
