- Keeping contact with the Service Delivery Management

- Reporting
- Knowledge with EDI protocols (e.g.: OFTP, AS2, SFTP)
- Knowledge with EDI standards (e.g.: VDA, EDIFACT, IDOC)
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in customer consultancy
- German, English - business proficient
Advantage:
- Experience in operating EDI core applications (e.g.: Axway, Seeburger)
- Experience with customers in the automotive industry
