- direct management and development of departments: production, maintenance, production planning and IPS (lean)
- ensuring right quality of production plans preparation and realization
- ensuring right level of machine park availability
- ensuring maintaining and developing IPS (lean) standards
- higher education (preferred technical)
- min. 5 years of experience in an international production company
- min. 3 years of experience as a member of management team
- excellent knowledge of operations/methods in the field of production and maintenance supported by conducted projects
- excellent practical knowledge of IPS (lean) standards and methods
- ability to translate strategic directions into operational plans
- excellent influence and relationship building skills
- excellent leadership skills: co-workers development/succession planning, motivating, building engagement
- English fluency min. B2
