The Operations Manager will work directly with  György Gattyán, the Founder  of Docler Holding.
György Gattyán, the Founder of Docler Holding is looking for a quick witted and hands on Operations Project Manager & Executive Assistant, who would like to be part of a dynamic company and enjoys tackling the challenges that come with a diverse portfolio.  The ideal candidate is someone who gets inspired by a fast paced and innovative environment and has a keen eye for efficient execution.

 

  • Work under the direct guidance and supervision of the Founder & Owner of the Group on various companywide and cross departmental projects, monitor those projects from inception to execution.
  • Be accountable for and align multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously across all business functions.
  • Support the Founder & Owner in decision making, prioritize task lists and pro-actively take on tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of tasks by the management team and ensure the optimal functioning and reporting of the various departments within the company.
  • Monitor and supervise the progress of the operational projects and ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
  • Implement and effectively communicate the vision and strategy of the company.
  • Manage relations with external partners, internal stakeholders, and the leadership team.
  • Document and distribute detailed meeting recaps with actionable next steps.
  • Ensure the routing for approval and review of all materials.
  • Prepare presentations, concepts, analyses, and communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Any additional task required by the Founder & Owner.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years professional experience required, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Work experience abroad is a must
  • Open for travel up to 50%, with base in Hungary
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated success of project management and KPI tracking, preferably within a startup environment
  • Experience in working with senior leadership team
  • Expert knowledge of project management principles and applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian with focus on crisp, concise, and effective communication, French is a plus
  • Proactive, flexible, pragmatic with a ‘can-do’ mentality
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with multiple parties, internally as well as externally
  • Experience in working with executives is an advantage
  • Letter of recommendation is required
