Position Overview:
Quisitive is seeking an experienced technology services leader to direct operations and delivery strategy for our team in Hyderabad, India. This role requires being physically located in Hyderabad and is pivotal in ensuring successful execution of global client engagements, optimizing operational efficiencies and executing India team growth and capabilities strategies in the coming years. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large, cross-functional offshore teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish self as a trusted advisor amongst both local India and global delivery and sales leadership teams; collaborate with global leaders to ensure delivery and strategic alignment of delivery operations and standards.
- Mentor and provide actionable direction to India leadership team responsible for daily performance of the India business unit, including delivery excellence and human resource operations, to ensure quality execution of services and high employee engagement.
- Facilitate cross-functional team communication and collaboration to ensure a streamlined services and solution development lifecycle that meet Quisitive and client expectations.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to optimize analytics and data-driven decision-making that impact strategic planning and identify key opportunities to positively impact the health of the business.
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes and procedures to optimize operational infrastructure.
- Ensure that recruiting and hiring standards (including staffing vendor partnerships) that meet Quisitive’s desired state of excellence are established, adhered to and maintained.
- Work closely with Quisitive’s EVP to develop, implement and execute strategic plans to support growth goals of our India operations that align with Quisitive’s comprehensive business vision over the next 3-5 years. Future strategic plans may include expanding Quisitive sales pursuits into international customers with local India operations. Delivery operations expansion into other India cities (e.g., Bangalore) may also be part of the future state vision for our India team.
What’s required to be successful in this role?
- Strategic, innovative thinker with a growth mindset; the ability to drive organizational change, and a desire and aptitude to always be learning and adapt to new business and/or functional concepts.
- Previous senior leadership experience overseeing India delivery and operations in the technology consulting services/solutions industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience in leading and scaling large teams.
- Strong business acumen and a credible, professional appearance.
- A promoter of trust and teamwork; ability to delegate, motivate and influence.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to develop productive customer/team relationships and work across functional boundaries.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple work streams, embrace change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage to deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, decision making, time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
