At Seafar, being an Operations Lead means you’re responsible forsteering the operational excellence and strategic direction of our local operations. We are looking for a leader who is not just adept at managing day-to-day operations but is also a leader in workforce development, client relations, and financial oversight.
🤓 Main responsibilities

Operational management: Oversee the daily operations of the Charleroi office, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Hiring & HR management: Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent.

P&L responsibility: Take full responsibility for the P&L statements of the office, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational capacity and ensure the achievement of business goals.

Client relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Government liaison: Act as the main contact for government bodies. Foster strong relationships with government officials and other stakeholders.

Team management: Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. This includes setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and setting deadlines.
