Position: Operations Intern

Position Summary
Operations Intern supports the Operations Department in daily tasks and contributes
to the overall efficiency of operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations team in executing daily tasks to ensure smooth
workflows.
- Perform clerical responsibilities, including recordkeeping, answering/making
phone calls, and sorting/filing documents.
- Attend meetings and, if necessary, take minutes to capture key discussions
and action items.
- Support in maintaining accurate documentation of operational processes.
- Assist in coordinating activities between different departments to ensure
smooth operations.
- Conduct market surveys for services and goods as requested, contributing
valuable insights to decision-making processes.
- Translate documents from English to Mongolian and vice versa to facilitate
effective communication within the team.
- Archive and organize documents to ensure easy retrieval and maintain a
systematic record-keeping system.
- Assist in maintaining the office's day-to-day management.
- Fulfill any other tasks as required by the Operations team, contributing to the
dynamic needs of the department.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software applications;
- University students in their final year or recent graduates;
- Working knowledge of written and spoken Mongolian and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement;
