As an Operations Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving our operational efficiency and success. In this role, you will continuously improve our safety, quality, delivery performance and cost competitiveness. Your focus will be on Installations, Planning & Logistics, Service and Customer Support.
What you will do:
Monitor operational performance of installations and service
Identify areas of operational improvement by performing, data analysis, on-site visits, external research
Make and monitor dashboards and analyze data from multiple IT systems
Pilot potential improvements, learn fast and roll-out the successes. Make sure the improvements are implemented in our standard processes
You have an affinity with a technical product. You don’t have to be a heat pump or an installation expert, but you grasp the fundamental concepts. For instance, you understand that a customer requires an additional electrical circuit for a Quatt Hybrid Duo, which draws 16A of electrical current.
