Our mission is to empower people to make confident decisions. With our unique set of brands, including Uswitch, Confused.com, Tempcover and money.co.uk, we have the power to reach millions of consumers and the technology to deliver a world class online experience for them.

About Uswitch:

At Uswitch, our goal is to be the UK’s favourite way to choose and manage home-life essentials - from broadband and mobiles to energy and insurance. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for making a positive impact on people's lives. If you want to be part of a team that is transforming the way consumers navigate their household services, we would love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

As a core member of our Operations team, you’ll be key to the effective running of one of the UK’s largest comparison sites in Energy, helping people to save money on their bills every day. The team you’ll join sits centrally, so you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the whole business from Product and Tech, to PR. You’ll also support external relationships, working with suppliers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Responsible for daily operational tasks within Energy, ensuring product information is uploaded accurately and efficiently, and any switching issues are investigated and resolved in good time.
  • Key point of contact between the Operations team and wider Uswitch teams - this may involve collating data to support key projects, feeding back Uswitch views to external stakeholders and conducting analysis to help implement process efficiencies.
  • Implementing and maintaining promotions and campaigns as well as onboarding new suppliers and processes where required, building strong and robust relationships with all partners throughout the process.
  • Support the contact centre in delivering a high standard of customer service, helping to resolve customer complaints, and escalating with partners for resolution if necessary.

What we're looking for:

  • Attention to detail - you can complete tasks at pace, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Problem solving and communication skills, and a desire to continue learning.
  • Organisation and efficiency - you can manage your own time and prioritise various tasks accordingly, often working to tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to quality - you continuously aim to improve your way of working and deliver work to a high standard.
  • Strong communication skills - you can effectively communicate with a range of audiences, through both written and verbal interactions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships - both internally, across teams of various disciplines and experience, and externally, with business partners and suppliers.
  • Team player - you appreciate the needs of your team and understand the importance of working collaboratively to achieve great results.

Our commitment to you:

At RVU, we are dedicated to developing valuable, inclusive, and user-friendly products and services that deliver positive outcomes for all of our customers. To achieve this it’s essential that our teams reflect the diverse range of people in our community. We believe in being the change we wish to see in the world, by embracing our differences and holding ourselves accountable to being open and inclusive teammates and wider community members.

We want to give you a great work environment, support your growth both personally and professionally, and provide benefits that make your time at RVU even more enjoyable. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:

  • 10% discretionary yearly bonus and yearly pay reviews (based on RVU and personal performance)
