Operations Executive

The ideal candidate will have a multi-dimensional skill-set and work to ensure efficient operations at OneScreen. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment then this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• This candidate represents OneScreen internationally and deals with international clientele therefore communication skills are his/her main forte
• Collaborating with operations and logistics team in order to process and fulfill RMAs as per the specified SLA timelines
• Coordinating with customers to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries
• Working with warehouse teams to ensure reception and logging of damaged/defective equipment
• Coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure on-hand and physical inventory do not have discrepancies
• Logging and maintaining on-hand inventory records
• Creating and analyzing monthly inventory reports and product defect reports
• Maintaining and building relationship with company’s logistics partners
• Working on the ERP system to maintain inventory records and pull up reports
• Working with logistics partners to file insurance claims
• Maintain relationship with customers’ accounts department to ensure timely issuance of due payments
• Maintain and update customer profiles in ERP system with relevant accounts POCs
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to investigate and resolve any irregularities in customer invoices/payments
• Collaborate with Accounts Manager to ensure that all customer payments are accounted for and are applied to their relevant invoices
• Review vendor invoices for any ambiguities
• Identify any irregularities in vendor invoices and file claims for their rectification
• Automating and improving the efficiency of operations

Timing: 8 PM - 5 AM Night Shift (Monday - Friday)

Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
