We are looking for a hybrid Office Manager & Driver Operations Executive for our London office. This role offers a variety of responsibilities across Driver operations, assisting in building and maintaining relationships with drivers through in-centre support, onboarding and ongoing engagement As well as ensuring the management of our London office is  sustained on a daily basis . We strive to provide drivers and our employees with a fantastic experience, enabling them to in turn provide a superior service to passengers.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Being the first point of contact for drivers who arrive at our driver centre
  • Delivering excellent and personalised support to new and existing drivers across a range of channels as and when needed (including inbound and outbound calls)
  • Processing the onboarding of new drivers in accordance with strict regulatory criteria, ensuring accuracy and an excellent level of face to face service
  • Enabling successful performance through driver engagement campaigns including improving our share of OCA vehicles, activating onboarded drivers, and improving the performance of existing drivers. 
  • You will be dealing with external stakeholders to ensure the success of some of our projects  such as our PHV subsidy and our Onsi platform benefits (to name a few)
  • You will be asked to support a wide range of additional projects including the deployment of driver app improvement & bug reporting and testing, competitor research & market share analysis.
  • You will be the representative for the London office globally
  • You will deal with Landlords, councils and all stakeholders internal and external) associated with our office
  • You will work closely with the central IT team to onboard and offboard employees based in London
  • You will make arrangements for groceries, cleaning and any additional services required for the maintenance of the  London office

Our Tools: GSuite | Microsoft Office

Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

Location: Southwark, London atleast 3 days a week onsite 


TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • You thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing working environment 
  • Experience in an operational, office management  or customer facing role
  • You have an eye for detail and a focus on quality in everything you do
  • You are personable, confident and are able to deal with an array of different characters and tailor your communication accordingly
  • You are a proactive self-starter who holds themselves and others accountable in reaching goals
  • You have an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using G Suite applications (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.)
