- Work closely with Platform and Game Operations Teams
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, or network systems
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system
- Escalate complex issues to engineering teams
- Assist in maintaining a knowledge base of common customer issues and solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer service practices
Components for success. You...
- Should have 2+ years of experience in Support, DevOps, System Administrator or any tech position in IT like technical account manager
- Have hands-on experience with databases MySQL and/or MariaDB
- Must have strong knowledge of Linux and Networking
- Having experience in a programming language, primarily in Python is merited
- Display strong knowledge of system architecture, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills
- Have good spoken and written English upper intermediate
- Have the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to continuously improve yourself
- Are a self-motivated proactive individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work on, on-call duties to respond to critical alerts and ensure system stability
