Operations Enablement Manager

Are you passionate about creating seamless processes, clear documentation, and impactful training in a fast-paced SaaS environment? Join our Operations Excellence team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver value to our users and teams.


 

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Product Documentation (40%)

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Success, and Support teams to develop and maintain internal and external documentation.

  • Organize and centralize information in our internal Wiki and Help Center, ensuring clear and regular updates to end users.

  • Identify and address gaps in documentation, ensuring all content is consistent, polished, and up-to-date.

Training Program Development (40%)

  • Create and execute engaging training programs for internal teams, customers, and partners.

  • Develop materials like e-learning courses, workshops, and certifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Track and improve training adoption and effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.

Project Management & Product Education (20%)

  • Manage product releases and feature rollouts, coordinating cross-team efforts to meet deadlines.

  • Develop clear communication plans to keep internal teams and end users informed about updates.

  • Continuously refine project workflows and collaboration processes.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A natural problem solver with a passion for diving deep into complex systems and making them understandable.

  • An exceptional communicator who excels at writing, teaching, and simplifying complex concepts.

  • Detail-oriented and driven to ensure all documentation is polished and consistent.

  • Skilled in project management, comfortable juggling multiple tasks and aligning cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and processes in a dynamic SaaS environment
