We are seeking a driven, golf loving, dedicated individual to join our TrackMan Range team.
The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring successful installations of Trackman Range products across North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. This position will also oversee the inventory management, logistics, support connection, RMAs and much more.
- Oversee the configuration of technology and ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning at the highest level before installation.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure all necessary high-quality equipment and technology is procured and managed for successful installations of Trackman Range products across multiple continents.
- Operate as the connection between Operations and Support team. Ensuring each team has everything they need from each other and is updated on recent and ongoing projects.
- Effectively manage the inventory of our warehouse, including accurate counts, organization, and proper storage of all equipment, and implement best-in-class inventory management practices.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics for any product that needs to be shipped out for replacement, as reported by our support team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for future orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all necessary equipment and technology to meet tight timelines and project milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries, and produce detailed reports as needed.
- Become a product expert on all things Trackman Range.
- Assist the installation team during busy parts of the year and special projects, with approximately 15% travel.
