ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Collect, analyze and communicate data to leadership team to optimize efficiency in 2nd processing.
- Utilize Infinity programs requested by leadership team and create related documents.
- Investigate and communicate analysis results, as well as project and resource work including maintaining a working relationship with leadership team.
- Assist with 2nd processing SOP development; collaborating with production to insure proper representation of the process.
- Create and maintain 2nd processing forms.
- Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.
