ChildServe has an opening for an Operations Coordinator to support our Community, Autism, and Residential teams. Responsibilities will include schedule management, billing and authorizations, utilization and file management.

What You'll Do
- Effectively manage systems utilized by departments including CareVoyant, SETWorks, and Central Reach, including intake, discharge, payroll, reporting
- Ensure staff schedule is completed accurately and timely. Collaborate with other services and families to schedule. Manage schedules to cover open services resulting from provider absences, illness, and vacation.
- Ensure billing is completed and processed. Oversee billing reports, utilization and supervision reports. Monitor authorizations, and provide back up for the prior authorization/reauthorization process.
- Oversee file management, including quality assurance chart reviews, scanning, and updating annual packets.
- Ensure competition of ordering, tracking and managing supplies, and equipment needs within each program.
- Prepare departmental reports accurately and timely.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma/equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
- At least one year experience in an office/administrative setting, preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients, staff, their families and children
