About the position
This role will be responsible for effectively planning, communicating, and executing key onsite events and tasks for our Operations team to drive culture, engagement and efficiencies across a site.
What you’ll be doing
- Own pre-employment/post employment of new hires consisting of I-9 verifications, official offer letters and on-site drug testing (only applicable to DOT related roles).
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Maintain site rosters and schedules
- Order site-level supplies
- Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events
- Write, create, and distribute internal communications such as emails, business updates, and announcements
- Handle, coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events
- Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in related fields
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience coordinating events and creating ultimate excitement/hype around them
- Flexible schedule; willing to work weekends and stay late to ensure success
- Self motivated individual and ability to work autonomously
- Be a creative force and master of execution
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally
- Ability to multitask, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, event management, time management skills
- Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
- A passion for keeping things neat and organized, all while remaining upbeat and positive
