THE OPPORTUNITY 

Silvus is looking for a full-time Operations Assistant to facilitate effective communication and support between supply chain, production, and quality assurance teams involved in the manufacturing of our cutting-edge tactical mesh networking products.

The Operations Assistant will report to the Operations Administrator. This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday at Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage orders for different production station supplies.
  • Assist in stockroom inventory counts.
  • Review various production worksheets and job schedule sheets for accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist the Operations Administrator in maintaining required QMS (ISO 9001) documentation in areas such as training and certifications, configuration control, and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist the Operations Administrator in tracking and compiling department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform other related duties of which the above is representative.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience working in an office environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Internet skills, including the use of email, group messaging, and digital data collection.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment.

 

COMPENSATION

The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

CA Pay Range
$21$23 USD
