We have an opening for a full-time Operations Assistant that will provide administrative support services to ensure that families, staff and visitors have a positive experience with our clinic. Duties will vary but include answering a multi-line phone, welcoming and checking in visitors, on-demand scheduling, and completing administrative projects.

Monday-Friday - normal business hours
What You'll Do
- Assist with the operations of assigned service area or department by performing basic office skills. Assists with operations functions to include, but not limited to filing, computer skills, answering phones, greeting clients.
- Completes training required to understand basic functions of the assigned service area or department.
- Collaborates with other people in various departments on assigned duties, tasks or projects.
What You'll Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred, 1-year administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Preferred, 1-year experience with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint
- Ability to communicate in English effectively for understanding, in writing and verbally
- Ability to work independently and be highly organized
- Ability to use tact and courtesy when dealing with patients, their families and co-workers
