Operations and Maintenance Support Engineer

1. Operation and Maintenance Site Support:
   • Collaborate with technicians on day-to-day O&M activities.
   • Be a part of defining annual stoppage tasks and plan for related purchases.
   • Create and follow up on regular and irregular purchase orders according to maintenance plans and activities
   • Following up obligations towards stakeholders such as TEİAŞ, YTM, DSI and acting regarding requests
2. Maintenance Planner Role in SAP:
   • Plan routine day-to-day maintenance activities in SAP in line with HSE procedures
   • Plan routine work orders weekly in SAP in line with HSE procedures
   • Support the WCM (Work Clearence Management) process.
3. ISO 27001 System Management:
   • Manage ISO 27001 information security system, ensure continuity of certification and perform all rquired actions linked to legal regulations.
   • Act as the point of contact with the government's digital and cyber security office.
4. Dam Safety Works and Activities Follow-up:
   • Conduct planned and unplanned site visits for dam safety activities.
   • Create reports about performed activities and distribute
   • Record measurement readings and share relevant information with Dam Safety Experts.
5. Administrative Tasks, HSSE, and Legal Requirements Follow-up:
   • Handle administrative tasks, including HSSE and legal issues.
   • Manage contractors from an administrative perspective, documents and task planning as well,
6. Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement:
   • Share information gathered through RCA, LL, and best practices besides create them when needed
   • Promote a culture of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) throughout the organization.
7. Project Management Support:
   • Be a member of the project team and support CPM documentation, reporting, and site follow-up.
   • Assist in VCI (Value Creation Inititiaves) activities.
8. Management of Documents After Inspections and Planned Maintenance:
   • Manage any kind of documents, created through activities, such as receiving, classifying, and handling.
   • Follow ISO standards for the integration of documents in preparation for quality inspections.

• Bachelor's degree in Electric & Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering  or similar discipline
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Proven 3 years or more of power plant operation and maintenance experience
• Familiarity with dam safety, ISO standards, and project management. (ISO 27001 internal auditor certificate will be a plus)
• Experience in usage SAP PM module or confident enough that will learn fast
• Experience on PLC / Automation systems will be a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and imrpove
• Living or willing to relocate Osmancık / Çorum
• No military obligation for male candidates
• "Operational Responsibility in High Voltage Facilities" certificate will be a plus
• Class B driving license
