🦸‍♀️ The Role 🦸‍♀️

As a Operations Analyst - Machine Learning in our Machine Learning Operations Team, you will work closely with our other teams from Customer Success to Data Science, to help us onboard and maintain our clients. You’ll be part of the team whose goal is to provide our clients with reliable and relevant insights from their customer feedback data. 

👉 What you'll be doing:

• Onboard new clients by analysing large unstructured data and creating relevant thematic structures that will serve as the basis for our ML models
• Oversee the labelling of the sample used to train our models
• Ensure client satisfaction with the thematic structures, while ensuring the model will accurately be able to label their data at large scale
• Partner with Data Engineering and Customer Success teams to eliminate any inefficiencies in the way we work
• Partner with Data Science and Product teams where needed, in the research and development of new solutions to our product
• Occasionally, help the new business teams with working on ad-hoc trials that may require your expertise to be successful

• You don’t need to have a technical background, but an interest in the AI and ML fields is key for the role
• You have strong communication skills and the aptitude to find a middle ground
• You are resourceful and proactive in foreseeing potential issues, and relentless resolving them when they arise
• You have a genuine interest in working with data and finding value in it, with a keen eye for detail

➕ It'd be a bonus if:

• You have intermediate knowledge of SQL
