Department Revenue Operations plays a pivotal role in the organization in enabling all aspects of the customer journey from Marketing to Sales and through ongoing customer support. Surrounded by highly intelligent people, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow on the team! Department: Revenue Operations 

Job Summary Operations Analysts will help manage requests related to Filevine’s existing customer base. Some of the core responsibilities will include: Auditing customer usage data, assisting in provisioning new customer platforms, assisting in partner implementation requests, data analysis, and data cleanup. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will assist in ensuring smooth operations and transition from sales into implementation. This role offers an exciting opportunity for learning and development at a fast-paced and successful company! 

Responsibilities

  • Data auditing and analysis 
  • Monitor customer usage and right size customer contracts
  • Assist in new customer provisioning 
  • Assist with implementation partner requests 
  • Help maintain a clean customer database 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in microsoft suite especially Excel 
  • Excellent verbal and and written communication skills 
  • Candidates with experience in Salesforce preferred 
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years corporate experience 
  • Strong intellectual curiosity
