We are looking for an Operations Analyst who will be responsible for driving the integration of AI tools and technologies across key departments within the business. This role is pivotal in improving operational efficiency through the implementation of AI, automation, and process optimization strategies.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and embed AI solutions. They will also be responsible for documenting existing processes, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement by promoting LEAN methodologies across the business.
This role isUK based, primarily remote working with some travel required to our London Office.
What you will do:
- AI Tool Implementation: Work closely with department leads and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration to enhance productivity and optimize business operations.
- Process Improvement: Analyse existing workflows, recommend process improvements, and lead automation efforts across various departments to drive operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Develop detailed process maps and SOPs for critical business areas to standardize procedures and support AI tool implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement LEAN methodologies within the organization, supporting teams in identifying inefficiencies and adopting best practices for ongoing improvement.
- Training & Support: Provide hands-on support and training to users to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of AI tools and processes.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse performance data to evaluate the impact of implemented AI tools, process changes, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key departments (e.g., finance, marketing, operations) to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with strategic business goals.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of AI and process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and effective change management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process analysis, automation, or operational improvement roles.
- Exposure to implementing AI tools, digital transformation, or automation technologies within a business environment.
- An understanding of the challenges of AI implementations including data security, privacy, ethics, governance and user acceptance.
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and creating SOPs is essential.
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize complex processes.
- Proficiency in using AI applications and tools, automation platforms, and process mapping software.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and training non-technical users.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and deliver practical solutions and overcome challenges to bring business stakeholders along the journey of change.
- A mindset focused on innovation, problem-solving, and efficiency.
- LEAN Six Sigma certification or relevant qualifications in process improvement would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and their applications in a business context.
