The opportunity.

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to provide support to the operations team which covers Procurement, Revenue Operations, PMO, Business Transformation and Facilities. This role requires a high level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will assist in optimising our operational procedures, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 

You’ll be in your element working in a fast-paced, customer and people first culture, where you can make a real impact on the lives of our colleagues and the future of Quantexa.  

 

What you’ll be doing.

    • Data Management: Maintain and update operations data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 
    • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external operations-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication with stakeholders to identify operational needs and ensure they are met. 
    • Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational metrics and KPIs in tools such as Excel, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. 
    • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to improve operational processes and increase efficiency as well as assist in evaluating vendor performance and provide feedback to improve vendor relations. 
    • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational procedures and policies. 
    • Project Support: Provide administrative support for various operational projects, including research, documentation, and implementation. 

Requirements
