What you'll do
You will monitor and improve our retail B2B operations & service performance for respective accounts
You will set up and maintain retailer in our systems as well as taking care of their onboarding
You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retailer accounts as well as setting up promotions and price changes
You will constantly track the performance of our retailers and conduct regular operational account performance meetings together with internal and external partners
You will collaborate and initiate process improvements with our Global Teams
You will work on optimizing our order intake processes
Who we're looking for
You ideally have gained first experience in a B2B environment related to logistics, e-commerce or worked in a start-up environment before
You are a highly structured person and manage taking care of several accounts
You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands on and find solutions
You are proactive and constantly challenging the status quo
You have good MS Office skills
Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
