Operational Trainer at Oodle Car Finance.

Our people are at the heart of what we do and make us who we are. Therefore, we are looking for an Operational Training Content Designer to join our QA team who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing content to support our regulatory and business training requirements.
What you’ll be getting up to:
The role will cover the following but is not limited to:
- Plan, prepare and deliver Operational training to a wide range of new recruits, established staff and key stakeholders
- Carry out administrative tasks to include record keeping, training registers and booking schedules
- Creating an innovative and engaging training environment and flexing delivery to suit learning styles and audience requirements
- Working collaboratively with Operations Teams to ensure training is fit for purpose and delivered for maximum benefit
- Keeping abreast of all regulatory updates and changes to ensure training material and delivery is kept up to date
- Helping to manage the entire process from content request through to final training versions and ongoing quality checks
- Communicating with key internal stakeholders including compliance and senior management for material sign off
- Refreshing content regularly to ensure accuracy alongside internal policies
- A role model who reinforces excellent behaviours and can develop a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Have strong attention to detail with creative flair
- Ownership of online learning libraries whilst ensuring housekeeping is clear and detailed to evidence changes in content and rationale
- Supporting with Coaching and Academy support as part of the wider function
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment
- Ability to partner and collaborate with business stakeholders
- Experience of delivering effective, engaging and informative Operational training
- A proactive approach, confident demeanour and adaptable to change
- Knowledge of key and relevant FCA regulations with a focus to create great customer outcomes
- Previous experience of being people focused
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Power point and the internet
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, be organised and efficient
