Position: Operation Manager, Vendor Flex Management
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the Vendor Flex operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all processes related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and product delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the vendor partners, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance, to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Continuously analyze and improve operational processes, identifying and implementing key initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct root cause analysis, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
- Lead and develop a team of Operations Associates, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster professional growth and achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement system solutions to automate manual processes and optimize operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including safety, quality, and labor regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or related fields within the retail industry.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including vendor management, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize operational processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with external partners.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of operations professionals.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to e-commerce and supply chain management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
