Operation Executive - Social Companionship Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive to oversee our social companionship operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing activities, organizing events, and coordinating with various users to deliver exceptional platform service. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and must have excellent communication skills in English, Filipino, and Chinese (need to have good Chinese reading and writing ability, beginner to intermediate in speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of social companionship and voice room hosting services
·Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute events, and other activities
·Oversee the recruitment, training, and scheduling of social companions and voice room hosts
·Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience
·Maintain relationships with users, agencies and players/host to ensure seamless cooperation and collaboration
· Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve service quality and productivity
·Handle user, players, or host inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
·Act as a mentor and coach to players and host, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous learning

Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
·1 to 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
·Proven track record of managing player companionship or voice room host
·Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
·Excellent communication abilities in English, Filipino, and Chinese (need to have good Chinese reading and writing ability, beginner to intermediate in speaking)
·Experience in event planning, coordination, and execution
·Ability to build and maintain relationships with players and agencies
·Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
·Knowledge of gaming platforms, online communities, and gaming culture
·Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
