We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Business Director. This is a Full-time position based in Mumbai. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including Amazon’s Cross-channel marketing & Prime Video.
- Host client meetings and sync-ups
- Presentation of strategy and implementation ideas to clients showcasing strategic thinking on brands.
- Final responsibility for client’s deliverables like Competition analysis, Tactical plans, Mid evals, Post evals, Campaign management reports, Reviews, AOPs
- Responsible for expressing the strategic rationale behind media investment decisions and showing the performance vs. expected outcomes
- Responsible for the quality of reporting and insights within assigned campaigns.
- Contributes content to and present at Media Planning Milestone Meetings such as tactical presentations and post campaign analysis
- Deliver quarterly, semi-annual, or annual updates as required (Quarterly business review, Learning Agenda, Platform Evaluations).

Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs.

Ability to guide teams on Tactical Plans, Performance Reports, and Post-Campaign Analysis

Drives how syndicated and first party data is used within the campaign lifecycle.

Support global alignment and collaboration at the Client Pod level.

Ensure successful onboarding of new Essentials by creating onboarding plans.

Manage 2-6 direct media planning reports to support career growth/development.
- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in the Digital Media or Advertising field

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications.
- Solid understanding of media concepts/terms, creative and budget requirements
- Ability to forecast outcomes of brand/DR campaigns and manage spend
- Understanding of Media – TV, Print, Radio & Digital Display.

Experience with Media Research Tools (BARC, Yumi, Comscore, GWI, TGI, YouGov).

- An MBA in Marketing is a plus.
