- Manage and optimise the operational flow of the hub, ensuring the picking, packing, and delivery processes are efficient and meet customer expectations;
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3-5 shift leads, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and engagement;
- Ensure that the customer experience is always top-notch, making sure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time;
- Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles efficiently and safely;
- Manage and maintain the schedule for pickers, riders, and shift leads, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts while keeping operations running smoothly;
- Foster an inspiring, motivating, and collaborative environment where everyone feels supported and driven to succeed.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in an operational role, with a focus on process optimisation and team management;
- You have experience managing a team, with strong skills in coaching, developing talent, and providing feedback;
- You love structure and thrive in optimising processes to ensure everything runs like clockwork;
- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and efficiency is key;
- You believe that success is a team effort and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve goals;
- You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus;
- You are available to work fulltime.
